Hello,
I bought the 1998 F150 I posted about. I've now officially joined the ranks.
Its a 5.4 V8, 3.55 LS, supercab, shortbed, 4wd, lariat, red ext, gray int, 97000 miles. All the options I was looking for. I've only had it a week but it has been running good and have not found anything that doesn't work.
It will be nice in the winter. I'll be able to get out of my own driveway as compared to the 1987 F250 1 wheel drive with highway tires I had.

Welcome and may the truck give you years of enjoyment.
BTW, If this is your first 4wd, then you may develop a disease that alot of us have developed. Its called four wheel drive! It is uncureable and tends to grow more each year. I started years ago and after a 4 inch lift, winch, lockers, etc, it continues to infect me. HA HA
