Front Rotor Removal

Front Rotor Removal
Anybody have any idea if the front locking hub has to caome off a 1999 F350 to remove the rotor. All bolts, calipers, brake pads are loose. Any HELP would greatly appreciated.

The rotors get frozen on to the hubs. I changed my rotors at 50K and had to beat the crap out of the old rotors to get them off. BIG HAMMER
