Ford 4x2?

Can someone tell me what the 4x2 is? Is it rear wheel drive (posi rear) or front wheel drive?

4x2.... 4=four wheels, the second number is howmany wheels are actually getting power. Yes, if the vehicle is a truck, and it say's 4x2, than it's a rear-wheel drive vehicle. It's a different story for cars, some are fwd, and others are rwd.
