C6 shifter problem
I bought a '95 C6 for my '72 F100/302. But the Lokar linkage shift arm is supposed to go on the shaft, which has this housing in the way. There's another connector on the bracket, it's in the way. Can I pull that bracket and change out the stock shift lever without parts spraying everywhere? Thanks.
Also, I don't have any vacuum fittings the same diameter as the tranny connector - where does that line go?

Ford has made a variety of different shift arms, however you have to drop the pan and remove the valve body to change them. The vacuum line goes to the shift module and the intake manifold. However ford quit making the C6 long before '95 if im not mistaken.
