2004 Extended Chevy Venture - This will be the wife's car once she learns how to drive and we get it outfitted with all the necessities for her. Although we both cringed at the idea of a minivan, it'll allow her to drive and.. it's really nice to take on trips.
1970 F250 4x4 - My truck. Kinda ugly, but someday will look good.
We're worrying about bigger things at the moment such as a house (No kids for at least 4-5 yrs). When we get a house, I'll be able to start working on the truck some more and getting it into shape.
We have a 1998 Ford Taurus with 109K miles on it. It has the 3.0L Vulcan V6 12V OHV 145 HP engine. It's white with gray interior. Nothing really special but it runs good!
We previously had a 2000 Ford Taurus SEL with the 3.0L 200HP Duratec 24V DOHC V6. That was a nice car. Fully loaded.
We just bought a 1997 Ford Expedition XLT 5.4 with almost all the options.
'86 Taurus GL Wagon, 3.0L/AXOD, 192K - my DD
'93 Escort LX Wagon, 1.9L/5-spd, 173K - my dad's DD, my backup car
'97 Expedition XLT 4x4, 5.4L, 118K - DD for both my parents
'97 E-350 Club Wagon XLT 12-passenger, 6.8L V10, 144K - DD for mostly my mom
Naturally, I drive the Expy or the van whenever I get a chance.
'03 Harley F150 (daily driver)
'91 Bronco (winter beater. can't decide if I want to fix her up or just let her die peacefully)
'89 Thunderbird (used by my father, so he can keep the miles down on his '02 F350)
'82 Mustang Gt (lots of mods and lots of fun. Need to do some rear end work to get her back on the road.)
'79 Suzuki GS1000L (sunny day rider)
And last, but certainly not least my '71 Mach 1 429SCJ. I've had plenty of mustangs, but this one (which was also my first car) has stuck around. I can't really tell you how much time I put into her, because she was an on/off project for about 5 years. But I don't think I could part with it.
Also, just got a new frame for a custom bike I've been dreaming about building for a while now.
I guess I kind of screwed up, the question was what do I drive on a daily basis. The Mustang gets driven whenever possible but I rarely drive it to work due to scary parking lot conditions, in fact the particular lot in question
has been on the local T.V. news for stolen cars and vandalism. Daily though I either drive my 96 Bronco XLT 5.8, or my little 87 Subaru Turbo wagon, the wagon is great fun because although not a fast car it spanks punk kids in lowered hondas, has enough room to hall lots-o-stuff and the dog thinks its great.
