New truck

Hi everybody: Newbie here. I just took delivery of my first ever, ordered from the factory, the way I wanted it F250 Crew Cab Lariat. V-10 power and loaded with the goodies I wanted/needed. Looking for opinions, I intend on changing the oil after the first 500 miles. Should i go to Mobil 1 then or should I go another oil change at around 2000 miles before going over to synthetic? Pic of the new wheels: http://img.ranchoweb.com/images/osu/truck.jpg

I mostly drive my '00 Celica. Every now and then I take the '70 F-100 out but it's not insured until the 25th so it'll stay in the driveway until then.

Some of you guys have some really cool rides. It would be awesome to be able to drive my F250 daily. I think it is great to make the sacrifice to enjoy life. Flatheads and Model A's- that's cool!
