If you're looking for the add-a-leaf variety, most any suspension lift manufacturer should be able to help you. Off Road Unlimited also makes a nice front shackle reversal kit that lifts the front and gives you a better ride, though will cost some bucks compared to an add-a-leaf set up.
I found an add a leaf kit, rough country for 82 bucks. Im asuming the "kit" includes both sides? Anyone have any experience with this kit? Is it reasonably priced?
Rather than adding a leaf, I went with the shackle reversal kit. It's a little more money, but since it moves the front shackle from the front of the spring to the back, it improves the ride a lot. I also gained about 3" of lift from it.
I added the leaf up front on a 2001 250 and the ride is awful. I would suggest something else. I have heard about airbags and now this reverse shackle by Quadzilla. I would like to see some pics if you have them.

Your 2001 came stock with the reversed shackles, and if you think it rides rough now, lift it 2" with airbags
Better shocks may help some, or you could go with something like the Edge mini spring pack, or replace the stock leaf packs with some 4" springs.
