throttle body cleaner
What is the best way to clean the throttle body on a 90 ranger? When i pulled the hose off, it said not to spray anything into it because it has a special coating inside?

Use throttle body cleaner. You can get it anywhere automotive supplies are sold. It is formulated so it will be safe to use with the special coating. Basically the warning is so you would not use something like bleach...and so you would take it to your local dealer for a throttle job.
