I really don't remember what kind of bolt is on my F350. I remember the one on my '69 bronco was an allen head scew. It will be a bolt of some type with a larger locknut around it. The center one does the adjusting, the outter one locks it down. Do yourself a favor and go to the autoparts store and get a Haynes manual, they have a section in there about how to adjust the steering gear without messing it up. If you get the adjustment too tight, as I did on the Bronco some years ago, you can ruin the whole box. It will feel nice and tight for a while but end up as loose or looser than it was before in short time if you get it too tight.
be aware that if you over tighten this bolt
your steering may lock when turned in one direction or the other,
very dangerous it not adjusted correctly,
do get a book,
thanks guys. I'll go down to autozone and get the book and the torque wrench. I've heard a lot of people on the forum say that they overtightened the bolt and killed their gearbox. Better safe then sorry right.
Thanks again,

turns out that i already have the book.
I read the section, but it seams really complicated and hard to do.
I don't have the money to get, buy,or rent the tools.
So, I will get a few more opinions and then just tighten the sector shaft adjusting screw a little bit at a time.
