My stuff is a 1985 Bronco - 351W- Stock height
Working my way though new ball joints and seem to need everything up front.
Tried to buy performance coil springs but when i mention the quad-shock setup, they say they dont have them. Treid Eaton, Moog(carquest) and many others online without success. They have coil springs for a Bronco but not the quad set-up.Finally settled on Bronco Graveyard but even they didn't have the answer. They said there coil springs are for all 80-96 Broncos and it didn't make a difference on the quad setup. Also , they didn't ask what engine i had which makes a difference to all the other dealers out there. Does it make a differance or not , on both engine size and quad set-up ?
Firstly Welcome to FTE.
Coil springs are the same for single shock and dual shock applications. Find yourself the cheapest and most durable set and your good to go. I am also thinking about doing this as well. And I have the quad setup as well.
I don't think engine size matters.
