Bolt on engine upgrades for '89 460
I know this is a bit of an old subject, I've seen lots of advice on this before. Here's the twist: I'm looking for someone with a similiar rig ('89 F250 S-Cab, 460, Auto, 35x12.50's, 4x4) that has done bolt on upgrades themselves and actually got the result they anticipated. I'm looking for more low end and mid range power. My truck will be used to haul a camper (1800 lbs) and tow my atv trailer and a little off road fun once in awhile. It is not a daily driver. And....I'd like to spend less than $1000.00. I already have headers, new 3" exhaust and a new hi flow cat.
