Jp, first make sure the gas cap is sealing correctly. If it's OK, then the purge solenoid is probably the culprit. It's located above the spare tire, and is easy to change.
I had same code. Solenoid cost about $35.00 from dealer and was very easy to change. You have to drop spare and then remove four bolts to drop the plate the solenoid is attached to. Good luck.
