Of the 30 stored items allowed...is that 30 items total, or 30 for the inbox and 30 for sent items, etc.?

Does that mean you will be reading peoples PM's to enforce the rule, or will you just be tracking the message volume?

On EDIT: When a new PM is recieved, will there be a visual reminder (link) in the forum, or will we just have to remember to check for messages every day?

I tried again to send a PM, and this is the message I get:

I hate to be a pest, but I've searched every nook and cranny of the front page of the forums, and the front page for Home, and nowhere can I find the word "support." Is there another word I should be looking for to access support, or is that not appearing either because I can't PM?
