Sell used Japanese cars ?...Sorry, couldn't resist.
I've got 2- nikon coolpix 775, 2- Yashica TL Electro's(about 1968), 1 - Yashica FX-3, minolta point and shoot and a few others. Very happy with all. Still getting more lenses for the old yashica's latest was a 400mm.
I've got a Olympus C4000, 4 megapixel. Got it on sale when this model was discontinued. I brought it for still photos, it has a super close-up mode (.8") It has a movie mode, but it doesn't have sound! Great optics, great results. ...Terry
You guys are beyond me. I just have a cheap digital but, I haven't seen one that will compete with my 35mm yet. They sure are easy to use with a lot of nice benefits though. I think their biggest downfall is the ability to zoom, once they get that down, I may buy into them.

I have the Kodak Easyshare LS443 and you're right. It's so easy to use even I can understand the features and the editing software is also easy. Mine came with the dock included. The salesman told me Kodak spent a lot of money making them user friendly.
Canon Powershots work well for me. I also have the watertight cases and take pics while diving and snorkling. Dropped my oldest one about 20' at a power plant onto concrete. Busted a littel section off one corner. Took a lickin' and it still takes great pics. Paid 250 for the last one.
Hidalgo, I'll take ya up on your offer of advice. What's your opinion of the Kodak digitals versus the competition for a dayd-to-day vacation/holiday point and shoot...and which of the Kodaks would you recommend if you do? I'm looking at either the 6330 or 6340 right now. I know the 6340 comes with a slightly better lens and larger LCD. Thanks!
I didn't see the 6340 but I got a 6330
if there's a big price difference i'd go w/ the 6330
because its great, has great zoom, and is easy to use
plus it has a ton of features, but it walks you thru them
