Engine Grounding Wire?

Engine Grounding Wire?
On my '66 F250, there's a 12-inch wire, (heavier than 10-gauge) mounted on the firewall just to the left of where the throttle cable emerges. I forgot to tag it when I stripped the top of the engine to clean and paint. Somebody remind me where the loose end attaches, please. Thanks.
