thanks for sharing. jopey, you saying that the extentions just need to be made of thicker metal, but that the basic idea works right? thanks for the pics, that is exactly what i am trying to do to my truck, where did you get the heim joints from? in fact, how would you just like to make those for me along with heimis and the bracket?

just go buy the cage arms then.
the heim kits alone were $100 each x 2 = $200 plus tax and shipping
That DOM was insanely priced.
I probably spent 15 hours or more making my own arms. I care not to have to make another set any time soon.
