Hypertech Powerchip - Any good?
HI I don't know about the hypertech-- but just put a superchip in my 2001 f350 duelly 7.3 psd. and it really unbelievable. a totally different truck, hard to keep your foot out of it . hope this helps.

Hypertech Powerchip - Any good?
I installed a Hypertech Power chip and I am VERY happy with the performance. I have a 99 PDS with a 6 speed (I believe that a truck is supposed to be driven, not herded) and the chip really improved the performance. I pull a 12,500 lb (loaded) 5th wheel and also deliver horse trailers, mostly tandem (two trailers), and this truck really pulls. I could find no increase in mileage, but then I never could figure out how you can increase the flow of fuel to your engine and get better mileage. This does not compute in this redneck's mind. If you have not purchased a power chip yet I would highly recommend it.
