Propane addition

I'm considering a homemade propane injection setup on my 84 F150 351W carbed motor. I saw this article in the diesel section http://www.members.shaw.ca/k2pilot/...%20article.html and am wonderin if this same setup would work on a gasser. I have a open element so I guess Id have to rig up the nozzle through the breather lid. Any suggestions?

What about a plate system from a nitrous kit for injection? As far as propane mixing, I don't have a clue. I think it would be a good idea to save on fuel consumption.

About that nitrous injection plate, I dont reckon they even make one of those for the early 80's carbed small block Fords. Before I even attempt to gather the parts for this setup I'm still wonderin' if the propane would even do much good on a mostly stock motor. Only mods it has is a small cam and headers. Anyhow, I was changing the intake gaskets, valve cover gaskets, and rebuilding the carb today and I got it all back together and runnin' but I'm guessing the EGR valve is stuck due to enormous amount of carbon that I had to dig out of the EGR plate under the carb. The plate was totally blocked off both ways. So I cleaned it out real good, flushed the radiator and block, and rebuilt the carb. Now it's really runnin' like a dog and real hot too. Any suggestions as to how much a stuck EGR valve is affecting this motor?

Oh, forgot to add this...There's some kind of metal hose that draws fresh air inside the breather and goes into the left side of the intake manifold then loops around a couple times, then goes into the choke housing. It passes through one of the EGR ports in the manifold. When I did the job on the truck I had to take that piece off and was wonderin' whats the name of this part so I can get a gasket to fix the bad a$$ exhaust leak.
