Numbers
I got these numbers off my block. Anybody know what this is?
D10E-6015-AA below that
2A7
on back of the block was 49
and on one side was 25.
This is suppose to be a 302 out of a 76 truck????
I couldn't find any numbers on the heads so I don't have them.

What if there is no number behind the starter? Is there a way
to run the stamped number behind the manifold? I'm betting that I have a 255 that someone tried to pass off as a 351w... If that is the case, will all of the external stuff (i.e. the alt., ps., air mounts) fit either the 289 or 302?
If these dont interchange, I'll dump the motor off on his front porch without giving him the $100. he wanted for it.
If the mounts will work, I'll offer him $50. for it. It'll be worth the 50 just to get P.S. on my EB.... (38's and manual steering box do not mix!)
