Cool Stealing sucks!

Man,
I don't know if this is the right area for this or not but I need to vent. I woke up this morning to find my '59 out of it's parking space and pushed about thirty yards away to the base of a hill where I assume the sons of bit**es who tried stealing it couldn't go any further. They obviously didn't know what they were doing since they couldn't start it. This comes after a couple times of finding my hood not latched all the way in the morning, even once when I came out of the grocery store! I know all you at FTE would feel the same as I do so thanks for the vent time. Looks like I need an alarm.

Yeah I wish they would have started it so I could have heard them. Introduced them to my friend Louisville Slugger! Sorry about that stereo and interior man. Like you said you put so much time and pride into something and some idiot thinks he can take it away.

Yeah what was I thinking? This calls for inflicting maximum damage! That's what I love about this site, there's always someone who has a way to improve upon an idea.

rob- just read your profile sounds like someone was waiting for it to be bought for a present for themselves gotta be a local. i assumed u informed the authorities. better keep that "toy" in the garage if someone wants it bad enough, they'll get it. one of my buddies had a kill switch for his kill switch, you couldn't start it less you installed it. 1 month later theMasked profanity edited out dragged it away. left a nice patch in the drive to remember it by. it's a sick world in which we live...

may not prevent it from being stolen but it can help you get it back if it is.

biggreen78, I figure about the same. Everyone I meet tells me how much they wanted the truck but didn't want to put the time needed to get it running again. Now that it's running someone just wants to take it.

f150daniel, I'll check that site out. Thanks.

A nice little Mossburg 12 Guage has a fun and entertaining aspect to it....
With the short defender barrell.......
It should be allowed to shoot em! Better deterent that whats presently offered!
Theft SUCKS... I had a very nice 78 F250 4X4, all the right stuff on it, came home to find the hood up one day, and the next day came home to a bare spot in the driveway. never found it, but I swear i've seen the wheels and tires on a local truck!!!

Man, I hate to hear that about your '78. That's why I don't want to just say wel at least they didn't get it and leave it at that. If they want it they're going to take it. They'll be back with what they need next time. If only you could prove those wheels are yours!

That's what I like about being a property owner, and knowing things. Like how horse manure can totally dissolve a (non)living creature in less than a week...beat them unconscious and then give them a tour of my property...

Horse manure huh? I live in the mountains. Lots of wide open space to hide a body. No one would ever know.
