Day Light running Lights

The daylight running lights on my 2001 F-250 SD were on this morning with the truck parked and the ignition off. It was raining. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how to disconnect the running lights? For now I have disconnected the battery until I can get back to it.

Found and repaired the problem

There was a leak in the windshield allowing water to drip on the relay. Since the dealers were closed when I found the problem I removed the components, removed the covers from the relays, dried them with compressed air and a short bake. Everything works fine now. I have the relay protected from water until I can get the windshield resealed.
