Buffing the scruff marks from front bumper
On the 2002 Mustang's rubberized bumper, I'm trying to buff out or remove:
1). wooden garage scrapes
2). stainless steel (?) scruff marks from a shopping cart
I guess it does not have to be a Ford, just anyone with taking the scuff marks off and looking better.

meguiars "fine cut cleaner #2" then "swirl remover # 9" than wax it . those are about as aggressive as you want to get on a clear coat paint job, unless you are a pro and really know what you are doing...which i am not
