Short Circuit Detection
Is this something new in Fords or something I'm jsut new to?
I know my Focus didn't have it...
I discovered the other day when wiring my radar detector through my dash that when the power, at cigarette lighter specifically, is shorted, instead of blowing a fuse, a relay cuts off the power. Seemed like a good deal to me...
Anyone know if the old trucks had this?
