i have a 93 250 i put in new glow plugs, change the fuel filter if i granny drive it run and shift fine ,but when i put my foot in it, it smoke then stutters before if shifts

With the engine OFF, go thru all your injection line nuts on top of the injectors and loosen them all. Just snug all of them back down. Start the engine, and with it at idle, crack the lines loose and see if you get air from the fuel that drains out of the lines. Retighten all the lines as you go. If there is air in the fuel, you can see it. This should take care of the problem. If not, you have an air leak in the fuel system somewhere. If you are talkin of the smoke on a hard acceleration and the stuttering at top rpm with your toes touching the fan, that is almost right.
