tachometer hookup

I was wondering if anybody knows where the tachometer hookup is on a '95 ford ranger 4 cyl? Is there some terminal in the fusebox or somewhere that can be tied into? My son has one and really wants to hook it up! thanks, Kent

I put in a tach on my 98 4cyl. I'm pretty sure it should be the same. Coming for the ECU, there is a tan/yellow wire that you splice into. It's a pain to isolate it from the bundle of wires coming out from the computer, but it's do-able.
