Help with flasher??????
The escape comes with one of two flashers depending on whether or not you have the tow package or not. I did not have the tow package but I installed a hitch and now need the other flasher. Ford has to order the part and it's $55. 
. I went to pep boys to get one, but they didn't have the flasher on file in their computer so don't know which replacement to give me.
Does anyone know a part number or anything of a flasher I can pick up at pep boys that would replace the one some of you may have on the escapes with tow packages????

Flasher Number
The ford part number is 13350 I also found out that it is located in the center of the dash behind the radio. I have not yet check it out but that where I'm told it is located. The part not cheap either......

I have also just installed a hitch, bought the pigtail connector that couples directly to the plug on driver side cargo area, behind panels. Only the running lts. work. If I get the flasher for the tribute that originally comes with towing pkg. will this make all of the trailer lts. work? I located the flasher on mine above fuse box. (cut on blinkers and traced blinking noise to them) this is the one I replace right?? Thanx for any input. Jamie

If your truck is an '01-04, you need the yellow towing package flasher. The regular one won't work.

Thanks ove1. I didn't want to blow $60 on a non-refundable electric part that didn't make my trailer lights work.
