I've got a cold again, and while I was in my NyQuil wonderland, I was pondering why sometimes when I sneeze, my whole body hurts. I've noticed this happening when I'm well, and when I'm sick. I'll sneeze and it feels if someone has broken a 2x4 across my back. Anyone else have these "Hell Sneezes"?

Not to bring up a topic as controversial as Chiropractic but I'd say a visit to a good one would help.
One can actually disalign vertebra by sneezing especially if you get right into your sneezes by trying to kiss your knees at the same time.

This is the most Physical short burst your system will face...
And DO NOT try to hold it in !!! That pressure has to go somewhere !
and if it's us guys - the privates are a good place to blow a gasket !!!
Try double hernia operation because of ONE sneeze !!! No kidding...

Nah, wait until you sneeze AFTER blowing two hernias !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to make fun of people that said something about that type of injury...
NOT ANY MORE - that was years ago and I've wrecked my knee twice and that was NOTHING compared to the blowouts
