Is the F150 Lariat supposed to come with nice floor mats? In the my last Lariat I had REALLY nice thick floor mats that were embroidered with the word Lariat. In my new Lariat I just picked up they are cheap looking, thin, and very basic. They don't even cover the entire floor. I was wondering if I possibly received the wrong floor mats. Also, if these are right, I wonder what the XLT gets?
From the sound of it you got the same thing in your Lariat that I got in my XLT. Ford is getting cheap, even the XLT should have better floor mats than I got and certainly the Lariat should. I'm getting catch-all extremes, if you are not into the rubber/ vinyl look, the regular catch-alls look good in the lariat, I've seen pics.
I was looking online at the regular Catch-Alls but I they show only charcoal. I have a black interior and I am not sure how dark the charcoal is. Any one have the charcoal Catch-Alls in a F150 with black interior?
I ended up buying the carpeted catch-all's and love them... my interior is the tan though. The factory ones are complete junk and would recommend the catch-alls - rubber or carpet. Carpet isn't an exact match but looks extremely nice so guessing the grey would be the same as it is a quality product.
You did get the correct ones. I own a black interior Lariat and I personally thought they were pretty thin myself. I also think the FX4 has the nicest floormats. How much are the catchalls?
Yeah, I was pretty disappointed. The Window sticker even lists them as "unique carpeted floor mats". I was expecting something fairly nice with F-150 or Lariat embroidery. The rear mats are hardly big enough to put your feet on. Guess they're better than no mats at all, but still...
I picked up some cheap rubber all-weather mats at Wal-Mart in case it rains before I have a chance to shop around, but the damn things stink so bad there's no way i'm putting 'em in my truck at this point.
