2 speed rear

any 2 speed rear ends out there for a 10.25????? i seen one in a dodge pickup thought it was pretty cool

None that I know of. Typically, a 2speed rear end isn't something that you add to your existing axle, it's a different axle. You can put a Gear Vendors or US Gear over drive or under drive unit on the back of your transmission to use a splitter the way you would use a 2 speed rear. They are about $2500. Check out www.gearvendors.com . Or you could change the transmission to one with a granny gear or an overdrive, depending on which way you're trying to go (or a ZF 5speed, which has both). That's probably the cheapest option.
