Question Trouble code??

I have an Edge Programmer for me 1999 7.3 psd. In the diagnostic mode it comes up with these 2 codes. 1) P0541 and 2) P0640. I’m hoping for only injectors, does anyone
here know what they mean? The programmer tells me no code in database search Internet.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Yea, I know it's seems strange and as soon as I can find a link for the codes I found here on the site I'll send it on.

That wasn't it, although It looks good too. The one I have came from Ford Enthusiasts.

I'd start by looking for a pinched wiring harness off the IAH. The 541 is an open circuit code and the 640 is a short to ground.....Actually, you might want to pull the heating element first and make sure it hasn't disintergrated.

Did a search for the P0541 code and found this post.

My question is Where is the IAH located at on the engine??

It's right in the middle of the intake "Y" manifold. It's the big (1 1/8" I think) plug in the manifold with a hot wire attached to it.

I've replaced many sensors, had my transmission replaced then replaced again 5 months later, only built, the second time, my way. Then I replaced all 4 brake pads, rotors and calipers. I've had many codes read from my Edge Evolution programmer. I believe my issue is the terminal connectors in the truck, they're lead and once removed, they don't tighten back up, so loose connections result in many internals and such don't function properly. Changing them out now. Will report back shortly

Update: I drive a 2000 F350 crew cab short bed Lariat PSD. I'm running an edge Evolution programmer and when I'm not towing my dump trailer and or my skidsteer, I usually opt for race or extreme setting, 2 or 3

I second this. Had a similar issue on my grandfathers 99. Turned out to be bad wire. If that's the case easy fix, we opted to get a riffraff Delete plug taped with boost sensor and the code eliminator wire. Good luck!
