I will take some pictures for you tomorrow, sparke454. I will be taking the BW 1356 transfer case out and getting the divorced NP 205 ready to go in. I can tell you now that since I only have a 3 inch downpipe, it was nothing for the exhaust shop to make a 'y' pipe under the cab and split it into two 3 inch pipes. They're only 5 inches from the bed rail up. I cut the holes in the corners of the box and the exhaust shop ran the pipes through to the bed rail. You can see in the side view of the picture that the exhaust pipes run outside the frame for a few feet then up.
HP junkie,
Never mudded with it, just busted drifts a few times. This thing laughs at 30 inch deep snow. I can't really do any kind of hard-core bogging with it until I put in the 205 'case...too steep front driveshaft angle results in weak u-joint which equals breakage. Not good in deep snow in the mountains with a 8760 lb. pickup. Once I get the t-case in though, WATCH OUT MUD BOGS!!!
