newbie with questions
Hey all. The guys at fordsix.com directed me to you for some help. I have an '80 e-100, inline 300 6cyl- with a one bbl carb, auto tran, 2wd. It needs some help. I was wondering if anyone has tried or know someone who has tried to install a 2 or 4 bbl carb in their van. It looks like it would work, my only problem is the aircleaner assembly. The stock one is tear drop shaped, rides on top of the valve cover, and bolts to the carb. It has a hose running to the grille for air supply. Would I have to fabricate one myself, or is there some random company buried in the internet that makes stuff like this. Another question- Does anyone make suspension and brake upgrades for my van? All I can find are parts for the trucks.
