Doesnt it have that same warning on the Simple green bottle? Not to use on Alloy or Aluminum components? I think it does....
Simple Green doesn't have that warning. The only items you can't use Simple Green on are "plastic instrument panels, leather, suede, unfinished wood, opals, or pearls"
I remember when Simple Green first came out(many moons ago) the information sheet states, 'You can brush your teeth with it'.
So you can clean your wheels and brush your teeth at the same time.LOL..
Try Wheel Brite (or Wheel Magic). Cuts brake dust and grime down but you will still need to use a rag or brush to hit those 'tween spots. I think I got the last bottle at either Wal Mart or Auto Zone.
As i said before, meguiars hot wheel cleaner...spray on for about 15 secs...soapy water and rag for those tween spots and rinse...every 3 days(when lazy)....works for me...But i think i'm going to try the orange blast....
Yeah Orange Blast works every time. I purchased my Exped used & it had brake dust on the chrome center cap that the dealer's prep guys couldn't remove. After about three seperate times with the Orange blast, even those came clean.
