92 Ranger Emissions test failed
92 Ranger 3.0 6 cyl.
hi speed (25 mph) low speed (15mph)
standard current reading result standard current reading result
HC 174 103 pass 179 206 FAIL
nox 1121 1151 pass 1227 2359 FAIL[COL
This is in the state of Texas DFW Area , any ideas what the problem might be? No check engine light.

Welcome to FTE!
The first thing you ought to do, IMO, is scan for any stored trouble codes. The CEL does not need to be on for codes to be stored. Your system is EEC-IV so you don't even need a scanner to pull the codes:
