Don't know about where ever you guys are, but the local police put an article in the paper stating that they need to be licensed if you are going to be riding them on the streets. There's the electric ones and those little gas powered ones. They all need to be licensed and a person using one should have to take some kind of lessons or have a drivers license.... not that stupid people pay attention to lessons anyway. I kinda figure its a "natural selection" thing...weed out the weak to make the rest of the herd stronger.

We have the same problem here as well. Thet also feel they own the road more than you. They cut out in front of you. They go though red lights stop signs. They plain think traffic laws do not apply to them. Also we have bicycles are a problem to not the kids on them the adults are. They ride right in the middle of the road or street. They are all out of control. I wish the cops would do something about them

Thats the problem here ...there is no age limit..no rules. KIDS...and i dont mean 14 or 16 ...i mean 8 ..10...12 year olds are racing up and down main streets. They blow through lights and stop signs then onto crosswalks then back onto streets. THERES NOTHING cops are doing to stop them. Apparently the scooters got slid into some golf cart law. Oh yea..golf carts can also go on the roads here also.
