Here in NC I just heard aboout a fellow who got caught by a DMV man at the pumps putting the un-taxed fuel in a dump truck. The trooper asked the guy about it and the dump truck driver said the savings was worth it, even if he got a ticket. The trooper promptly wrote him out a ticket for $2500 and wouldn't let him move the truck until the fuel was pumped back out of it.........

They are doing spot checks here in WV. If you are in truckstops, rest areas, or leaving high truck traffic areas getting on a divided highway on ramp. I have been stopped three times in my F250.
WV is 10 dollars a gallon or 2500 which ever is greater.
