hydraulic assist

I have 1979 bronco can I put hydraulic assist on it an were would I drill the gear box. It is off road only,running 40s.thanks for the help can email me at roper63755@yahoo.com new member today . thanks

oh, I figured that, but now the new question, for what purpose? (I dont have an answer for you about the gear box)
