People cant drive....

People cant drive....
I was driving along I-4 east ready to exit on my exit i had to merge right 3 lanes. I merged to the far right lane and was holding my lane, well this semi came over on top of me and freakin blasted me. his front bumper and 1/4 panel hit my rear 1/4 and his lug nuts took a nice amount of chrome and metal off of my wheel. Well the trooper gets there and says he cant charge anyone because he didnt see it and no one admits guilt. Well i was in MY lane this MORON trucker wasnt looking or he thought he was gonna muscle over on top of me and i'd move (wrong a$#wad i aint skerred) i seen him commin but i didnt care i gassed it and hoped for the best. there wasnt anything i could do but try to get in front of him before he hit me. Well he started merging when i was beside his drive axles i had nowhere to go but the grass and there were signs there....so i took the hit....well now imma have to sue him because no one was charged....wish me luck
