I have a 1964 F100
when I turn on the flasher for either direction both lights flash but only on the rear. this just started suddenly and I am wondering if anyone has had this problem and what to do about it
thanks
I had the same problem with my 64 F100. I tried several things, but wound up getting a new directional signal switch and it fixed it. The old directional signal switch mechanism was worn out. I tried to adjust it a couple of times, but finally replaced it. I had a bit of trouble finding the switch, but finally found it at Johns F-Fun Hundreds.
When i ran into this problem on my 66 i found that there is a switch on the dash that i'm not even sure what it is for (if someone knows please let me know) but is next to the choke **** was pulled out and apparently causes the signals to ground or something. Pushed the switch back in and everything is good.
