I tell ya, it's a non-stop deluge around here lately. What gives??? It won't even stop long enough to wash my truck. Man, i'm so bummed. Anyone else having to wear waders everyday? I hate this weather!!
I'm starting to think I should've bought an Ark instead of an SD.
Wish it would rain here, they are going to start zero'ing out our winter wheat in the next few days if it doesn't come soon. Wind is blowing at a nice leisurely breeze of 45mph right now, and its 80 some degrees. Well I better get back to planting soybeans, like they say.....Plant in the dust, the bins will bust!
A few widely scattered showers here in WNC and already around 6" below normal for the year. It looks like it's going to be another long hot dry summer. We would definatly take some of your excess rain.
It's rained here in SE Wisconsin for 5 days in a row! My uncle got so much on one of his farms, that we'll have to wait a few weeks for it to dry out to start planting corn.
Its rained so much near Houston that the frogs are asking god for it to stop. In the past 6 weeks my neighborhood streets have flooded about 8 or 9 times. Going down one of the main roads in Katy now requires a lifted truck when it rains since the ditches are full up. Westimer to HWY6- best not go that way unless you got a boat or a 350 on 49" tires
