Transmission swap?
Hey guys, got a quick question. I managed to find a 4R70w out of a '99 Crown Vic Police interceptor so cheap that I could probably have it rebuilt and put into my truck, the question is would it work? What would be different from the car's transmission versus the one in my 1997 F-150?

The only thing that I can think of could possibly be the gear ratios in it....but I doubt that any thing would be different.
Why not just rebuild the one thats already in your truck, or is it beyond rebuilding?
