Bumper Wings Clipped

The stylist must've been out to lunch when the rear bumper on my '66 was designed. (Yeah, I know, it's a TRUCK; it's not supposed to be pretty.) Anyway, all the mega$$$ budgeted for a new step bumper will be going to OPEC and/or their middlemen instead. So I took the gas-saving step of removing some of that ugly weight off the rear end. The truck's. See the result on my gallery.

good job man! now if you back into something, or someone bumps you, the sides of your bed wont get pushed in too. i always wondered whos better idea that was.
