Mustang II height?

Mustang II height?
I am upgrading my 59 f100 with the Mustang II IFS. My concern is whether to go with the 2" drop spindles in addition. Any input from current MII IFS users is appreciated. I plan on dropping the truck, but not sure if the 2" will bring it down lower than I can go in the back with flipping the axle.
