won't stop
this number started calling and annoying me, I told them not to call, well no I want everyone to call back and act stupid or just annoy them in the middle of the night...

Just report them to that anti-telemarketing agency. There are many that try to fight back doing crazy stuff and end up breaking the law themselves and get caught.
