need help to ID engine

need help to ID engine
Hi all,
Need help to ID this engine, Its from a 67 Mercury F700, has ram horn exhaust, distributor in the back, casting number on the intake is C2TE-9425-A, Its not an FE, the block looks like a MEL...a giant Y block!
Any ideas?
