I say WOW, just love the new ride.

Stanadyne's Performance Formula
It's a fuel additive that cleans injectors and raises the cetane level. What I notice when using it, is my mpg is improved, and the truck seems to have a little more power. Not exactly like it suddenly got a chip, but a little more.
