city impound auctions . . . precautions?
I always wondered something: If you buy a car from the city impound auction, can you have someone thoroughly check the car for drugs or is it inspected before sale? What would happen if you buy a car and get pulled over some night and they find drugs in the car that were from the previous owner?

they generally use dogs to sniff out the car, and you can request that it be done after you purchase it. but you should take the extra precaution of removing seats and checking the car out thoughly your self. i bought an impond car once and found a little surprise, to which i destroyed. so just be carefull is all i can say....
