I know personaly my buddy used to get 300 per tank in his 2000 3.0 ranger then he added 20's and droped to 200 then added a k&n amd a tornado and it went back up.

If he add two things at the same time, how do you expect to tell which is doing what.

How about suggesting to him that he remove the Tornado and see what happens?
