steering column problems

i went to my local junkyard yesterday, and made out with a huuuuuuge steal. a tilt column with the factory sport wheele and horn pad plus a ton of other stuff, for 80 bucks. i swear i got over 500 bucks worth of stuff!! anyway my dad was helping me strip this truck down, and he un bolted the steering column as i unbolted the power steering shaft. (i got to do the hard part lol) anyway he didnt unbolt the plate that mounts the column to the firewall. its metal with a rubber flange on it. well needless to say when he pulled the column out the rubber ripped. does anyone know where to get a new one of these? im not sure what the part is called, even that would help.

Can't you use the one off of your original truck?
Go to the junkyard and get another.
