Unsatisfied Customer
Has anyone else experienced this. I know this site is sponsored by them, but that is no reason to avoid customer satisfaction.
, not Motor Heaven. All the orders we send out come with paperwork that includes a phone number. You sent your email yesterday, and MotorHaven gets hundreds of emails each day and I don't think 24 hours is an unreasonable amount of time for a reply.MotorHaven isn't trying to "avoid customer satisfaction." They are going exchange it for you, even though its 8 months old and their warranty responsibility ends at 30 days (manufacturers warranties kick in after that). Lighten up.
